~A Brief History Background~
In 2004, the United States government passed a law regulating how the citizens of the United States can talk about healing properties of plants. In the USA the essential oils are considered an over-the-counter drug and the average person cannot use the term "essential oils" when describing the healing properties of plants.
The Native Americans, however, still have that right.
~Designation Acknowledgement~
In order that all may know, the educational writings, products, services, and all content in its entirety on this website is shared by Native American Medicine Women & Men who are members in good standing of the New Haven N.A.C., a Native American Traditional Organization, in their capacities as Native American Practitioners and Traditional Spiritual Leaders.
These Medicine Women & Men are duly authorized to conduct healing ceremonies, marriages, baptisms and other duties according to their calling as Medicine Women and Men. These practitioners are empowered to perform their duty as healers to the best of their knowledge and understanding, and so long as they continue to uphold the conditions of their covenant, they are upheld in their calling by the Elders and councils of the New Haven N.A.C. and Native American Traditional Organization.
